Refund policy
At The Bene Food, we prioritize your health and satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products, including our healthy cookies, snacks, and dragees. We understand that there may be rare occasions where you may need to return or replace a product, and we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered. This includes all cookies, snacks, and dragees. Once opened, our products cannot be repackaged or resold, which is why returns are not accepted.
- Eligibility for Replacement: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has incorrect packaging, you may be eligible for a replacement. We evaluate such cases individually and will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Replacement Process: If your product is eligible for a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with a video of the unboxing. The unboxing video is mandatory for processing any claims related to damage or shortages during transit.
2. Refunds
- Refund Conditions: Refunds are generally not offered due to the perishable nature of our products. However, in exceptional cases, if a product remains unopened and unused, we may issue store credits equivalent to the product’s value.
- Store Credits: In cases where refunds are approved, store credits will be processed once the returned products undergo our eligibility checks. Please allow us 1-3 weeks from the day you raise your case for processing your request.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support team at care@thebenefood.com or calling 7838743484. Your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- After Shipment Dispatch: If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, the refund/replacement process will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed only after the products have been received, verified, and passed a quality inspection at our facility.
4. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- Spoiled Products: If the product spoils due to its natural composition (though this is rare).
- Transit Damage: If the product is damaged during transit, although this is uncommon as our packaging is designed to withstand shipping conditions.
To claim a refund or replacement:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details along with a video showing the unboxing of the product and the invoice as proof.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement
Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse.
- The product’s serial number or packaging seal is tampered with.
- The product has been used, opened, or if the return request is initiated more than 48 hours after delivery.
